Noor-E-Anah is a modest fashion brand based in the United Arab Emirates, offering abayas and related products, including made-to-order and custom-length pieces, with shipping available within the UAE and internationally.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent/guardian, to place an order on our Site.
3. Products and Pricing
• All prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirham) unless otherwise stated, and are subject to change without notice.
• We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately; however, actual color may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, and screen settings.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
4. Customization and Made-to-Order Items
• Certain products can be customized, including length and, where noted, color, as described on the product page.
• Customized and made-to-order items are produced specifically for you and require additional processing time, as noted on the product page or communicated at checkout.
• Because customized items are made specifically to your specifications, they are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange except in the case of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part (see our Shipping & Returns Policy).
5. Orders and Payment
• An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email.
• We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
• You are responsible for providing accurate order, shipping, and contact information.
